Swing-out variations

We will explore the in and outs of the swingout. You will get a greater understanding of the swing-out and it will open up for more variations. This is a course for you who want to practice the thenique of the swing-out, as well as for you who want a couple more variations to play with. In addition to the move it self, you will also learn flow, connection and finding the bounce.

This is a course for you who have attended classes at level C, D or E at Heptown, or equivalent.
