THE GRAND OPENING

Summer is just around the corner and Mikkeller Moriskans Trädgård returns, opening earlier than usual this year with a grand premiere on Friday, May 8th at 3 PM, just in time for Folkets Park’s major spring festival.

We dare to say that we’ve become something of a summer institution in Malmö – and now we’re back for our ninth season.

We will be open throughout spring and summer, offering a go-to spot for great burgers, cold drinks and an updated menu. We’re happy to say that we nowadays are a place for both locals and a must-visit destination for visitors to Malmö.

Whether you’re here with friends, bringing the kids, on a date or hanging out with your grandparents – everyone’s welcome. That’s always been the Moriskan Mikkeller way.

As always, you can expect a wide selection of high-quality craft beer on tap, including Mikkeller classics, seasonal brews and rotating tap takeovers.
Kupolen – our cocktail bar run by Mikael Melzer Nilsson – returns with both timeless classics and experimental creations.

The grill menu features favorites like classic burgers and 16-hour Texas-style smoked brisket, alongside new summer specials and options for vegans, vegetarians and kids.

Throughout the summer, expect DJs every Friday, along with a curated lineup of live acts on selected dates, creating those warm special summer nights in the heart of Malmö.
